I can't even begin to put into words how grateful I am for Fawnia Monday. She was so extremely kind to me during my certification with Pole Fitness Studio in September 2017. My body has been through so many trials in the past handful of years including a car accident & Hashimoto's, wherein I have had to be kind to myself & allow time to heal. I definitely was not at my personal best. But, Fawnia granted me patience & her belief in me that I could return home to Texas to hone my skills, so that I, in turn, could pay it forward & serve as an inspiration & an example that you can get back up when you are knocked down, even repeatedly! This journey is allowing me to make a difference in others’ lives when maybe they just might not believe they can begin a new sport, or recondition their bodies or regain their health. I am beyond grateful & having a blast! Thank you, immensely & genuinely, Fawnia!
