About Fawnia Mondey and Pole Fitness Studio
Pole Fitness Studio is owned by Fawnia Mondey. Born in Canada, Fawnia started teaching in 1994 and is known around the world as being the world’s first pole dancing instructor. Fawnia’s goal has always been simple; to teach pole dancing in a safe, supportive, and extremely fun environment. Together with her certified staff, Pole Fitness Studio offers the most variety in classes and since day one, has always offered a private party experience. Quality matters so when you celebrate your birthday or bachelorette party with us, your party will always be private and every lady gets her own pole.
Our studio’s are centrally located close to the Las Vegas strip, with a total of five rooms. Our 3 pole dancing rooms feature 17 poles, 16 poles and 3 poles. We use poles from Pole Danzer, Lupit Pole, Platinum Stages and Lil Mynx, and original brass stripper poles from Canada in diameters 38mm, 45mm and 50mm. Our aerial room has eight rigging points for learning lyra, hammock, silks, and flying pole.
Arrive a little early and chill in our lobby with our flat screen TVs, or relax on our grassy pillow patio with pretty chandeliers. Feel like a star with our sexy red lights, spinning disco ball, and stereo surround sound. We are looking forward to dancing with you.
Need us to come to you? We have stripper poles for rent. We offer same day delivery, set up and tear down for stripper pole rentals to your hotel room.
Fawnia was born in the small town of Kamloops, BC Canada. In 1983 she made the move by camper trailer to the beautiful city of Victoria, BC. Fawnia’s interests growing up included running, art (drawing), theatre, and dancing. Fawnia always had a passion for dance however she never took formal training.

Pole Expo
Pole Expo was the worlds’ largest gathering of fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about pole dancing and aerial arts. Polers of all ages from over 50 countries would gather in Las Vegas, for 3-4 days of free workshops, seminars, performances and incredible shopping in our exciting vendor arena. At Pole Expo pole dancers of all skill levels met their pole idols and had a blast watching the Pole Classic Competition & Pole Star Showcase, plus the incredibly exciting Pole-A-Palooza Competition.
