Getting my pole dancing level 1 instructors certification with Fawnia was an amazing experience. Pole Fitness Studio is a very open, inviting & welcoming environment & Fawnia is so nice & encouraging. She guided us through everything we need to know, starting with how to appropriately warm up our bodies & what dynamic & static stretches work best! She taught us various level 1 spins, floorwork, dance moves & transitions. She explained them in great detail & we rocked it all to a choreographed routine! She showed us how to effectively cool down & stretch our bodies after training. She shared her wisdom on how to make pole dancing fun & easy for ALL students, including pregnant clients or clients with injuries. Overall I learned a lot that has been so beneficial in my journey as a pole dancing instructor!!!!
